The following is included in a typical ink refill kit: ink bottles, syringes and detailed instructions. Some kits include an air balance clip for balancing the air inside the cartridge to ensure proper ink flow. Some kits also include hand-drill tool to make a hole in the top of your empty cartridge.

Refilling Process.

1. To start the refilling process, fill the syringe with one of the ink colors over the sink or several sheets of scrap paper to prevent any mess. Different printers hold different amounts of ink. In most Epson printers, the black cartridge holds approximately 30 ml and the color cartridges hold approximately 30 ml. See the instructions with your refill kit to see how much ink your cartridges can hold.

2. Before inserting the needle, make a small hole in the top of the cartridge (one for each color chamber). The hole is at the top of the cartridge near the label. Simply push the needle through the hole and press to the bottom of the cartridge towards the outlet hole. It’s important to fill the cartridge slowly so as to avoid the ink from foaming and introducing air in the chamber.

3. You do not need to seal the refill holes since there are already breather holes on the top of the cartridge.

4. Any unused ink can be put back in the bottle. You should clean the syringe with water and dry it properly to do the same process for the other cartridges or for future use. You can also label each syringe for the different colors so that each syringe is only used with one color.

5. Once you place the cartridge back in the printer, run the cleaning cycle 1 to 3 times. If there are any gaps in the printing, run the cleaning cycle again.

Don’t Forget. There are a few things to remember when refilling your cartridge. It should be refilled before the cartridge is completely empty to avoid the chamber from drying out and clogging. Also, it is a good idea to let the printer cartridge sit for a few hours (or overnight) so that the pressure in the cartridge will stabilize.

Some printers, like newer Epson models, have a green chip on their ink cartridges which is visible by looking at your cartridge. They are often referred to as “Intellidge” cartridges. The chip keeps track of how often the cartridge is used and lets the computer know when the cartridge may be low or empty. As long as you reset the chip, refilling the cartridge with ink from a refill kit will not be a problem. A resetting tool can be used to reset the memory on the chip. This allows the printer to recognize the cartridge as being full which makes printing with a refilled cartridge possible.

Refilling your own ink cartridge is easy, good for the environment, and very good price of $9.99 for your pocket.

What HDMI cable should you buy?

HDMI

HDMI CABLE

What is HDMI?

HDMI stands for High-Definition Multimedia Interface, and that’s a pretty good description of what it is. In layman’s terms, HDMI is a type of digital connection that’s capable of transmitting high-definition video and high-resolution audio over a single cable.

HDMI is typically used to connect a high-definition device–such as an HD DVR–to an HDTV. To make the connection, you simply put one end of the cable into the HDTV’s HDMI input slot and the other end into the device’s HDMI output slot. And that’s it–just one cable and you’re all set for the high-definition experience.

Which HDMI cables should you buy?

If you walk into your typical electronics store to buy an HDMI cable, you’re likely to see prices upward of $50 with promises of better performance and faster speeds. Do you really need to spend that much money on a single HDMI cable? In fact, there’s no meaningful difference between the $10 cable and the $50 cable. Both cables is exactly the same–no cable can make the picture any better or any worse.

Where you can find a better price for the HDMI cables?

HDMI-6ft

HDMI-6ft

Tips for installing screen protectors.

Do you know how to install the screen protector when you own a laptop, computer, or a TV? As selling the screen protectors, we 123inkcartridges.ca are also providing the tips for installing screen protectors.
Please follow the tips below to make it well:
1 Make sure your Laptop is completely clean of dust, grime, and oil. You won’t be able to remove them after you install the protector. If you get dust or lint on the sticky side of the protector, you can try and remove then
with a tweezers.
2 Whatever you do, do NOT touch the sticky side of the protector. Your oils weaken the glue and there’s a good
chance of leaving a permanent fingerprint.
3 Find a good squeegee. Don’t use credit cards with hard or rough edges the protector can be scratched or warped if you use too much pressure or something too hard.
4 Without removing the backing, align the protector on your Laptop making sure that the buttons and the D-Pad fit properly.
5 You’ll notice the backing is cut smaller on the left side than the right. While holding down the protector,
remove the left side backing slowly and use the squeegees to stick the protector onto it.
6 Check the alignment on the right side. If it looks crooked, repeat step 5.
7 With the left side stuck on, carefully wipe off any dust or oil on the right side again.
8 Hold the left side of the protector in place and slowly peel back the backing on the right side. As you peel it
back, use the squeegees to apply the protector to your laptop. The slower you go, the less likely you’ll get air
bubbles.
9 Use light pressure and slowly push any bubbles out.
10 You’re done. Save the backing in the plastic bag it came in case you need to reapply the protector.

Important tips for Refill kits.

There are many tips available throughout the internet and some may work, some may not. Here we 123inkcartridges.ca collected some tips when you are refilling the ink cartridges.
Never try to refill a cartridge while it is still in the printer.
1.Try to refill your cartridges as soon as they are empty and even better yet before they are completely empty.
2.Make sure your cartridge is NOT leaking when you re-install it in your printer. If the cartridge is leaking leave it sitting on a paper towel or newspaper for a time until it stops leaking. Usually cartridges will leak if they have been overfilled.
3.Clean out syringes with water between colors to decrease contamination.
4.Never touch the heads on cartridges that have them.
5.Always run the printers head cleaning routine a few times after installing your newly refilled cartridge.
6. Keep the tops on the ink bottles at all times. Don’t put them in a precarious position where they can be tipped or knocked over. Very Messy Situation.
7. Hewlett Packard cartridges generally need to have the internal pressure equalized before they will print properly. An inflation bottle is used to inject air into the bladder or in the case of the 51645A type you should squeeze the cartridge before installing the ball seal.
8.Refill cartridges right away before they have a chance to dry out or tape the heads or openings with scotch tape and seal them in an airtight environment like a baggie.
9.Follow the instructions supplied with the refill kits to the letter. There are many ways, usually, to refill the same cartridge, but until you become familiar with the different procedures you should always follow the instructions that came with your kit.
10.When refilling a three color cartridge there is a chance that you can have the cartridge turned the wrong way and get the colors mixed up. If this happens there is not much hope of repairing it. Try using toothpicks to push into the refill holes and sample the colors that belong in the chamber. That way there is less of a chance that you will put the wrong ink into a chamber.
11.HP cartridges dry out almost immediately if left exposed to the air. To unclog a dried out HP cartridge you can try soaking the print head in warm water for a few minutes. In extreme conditions a 50% x 50% solution of 98% isopropyl alcohol and water brought JUST to the boiling point for about 5 minutes may do the trick.
12.Some Epson cartridges will develop a “vapor lock” after refilling. You can try to defeat the vapor lock by grasping the cartridge with the opening facing away from you and quickly snapping your arm towards the floor like you were trying to throw it through the floor. Don’t let go of the cartridge though and make VERY sure you have something down. It WILL discharge ink when this is done. Do it outside if you can.

We 123inkcartridges.ca also provide kinds of refill kits, such as universal refill kits and all the other refill kits.

6 Tips for SAVING on HP Ink Cartridges

TIP #1–Separate Color Printing from Black and White
Using color ink cartridges to print documents in black and white could be very costly, because your color ink cartridges have also taken part in finishing this job. However, you could easily achieve this goal by switch the mode to “Black and White print”. Unless you are printing a document that HAS to be in color, opt for a black and white print instead to make sure you just use Black ink.

TIP #2 – Print in Draft Mode
If the documents you print do not have to be astonishing good, choose “Draft Mode” will cut down the ink consumption to a great extend. Use draft mode whenever appropriate, because the print out will be just fine and you could save a lot of ink.

TIP #3 –Buy Compatible/Remanufactured HP Ink Cartridges from High-Quality Suppliers
The most efficient way to cut down the expense is to purchase Compatible or Remanufactured ink cartridges, since they are much cheaper but of great quality. We 123inkcartridges offer a great number of high-quality HP ink cartridges that cover almost all HP printers. In additional, all the products you purchased in our company have ONE-YEAR warranty.

We 123inkcartridges offer a number of HP ink cartridges in combo set, feel free to check it out.
