Jail breaking an iPad allows one to get a variety of apps from the Cydia apps that are not offered by Apple. Once one has had their iPad jailbroken, they need to know how to install cydia on iPad in order to enjoy new apps. To begin with, attach the iPad to the personal computer using one end of the USB cable and the other end to the iPad.
