Currently, some of our customer feedback the physical appearance of the LC61 black ink cartridge they receive is different from the one on our web. You may think we send you the wrong model. But it is indeed the right one though there is some differences between their looks. So please feel free to use it.
If the Brother LC61 BK can not fit into your printer, it should be possible that you did not installed it in the proper way. Please follow the bellow instruction to solve the problem.
| When you take it out , the physical appearance of our current Brother LC61 BK is like this: |

| Put the LC61 BK into the printer, let it a little prone to left side. Make sure it is put into the black tank,but not the other tanks for color cartridges. |

| You will see that the black tab is a little downwards. Then give it a little push.
When the LC61 black ink cartridge was properly installed, the tab should be normal and in the same level with the tabs of other color cartridges. |
